Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Format and Dimensions:
    Posters must be prepared in A0 format (841×1189 mm) with a vertical orientation. Margins should be between 3 and 5 cm. Only a single sheet is allowed—combining multiple sheets is not acceptable.

  2. Title:
    The title of the poster should be displayed at the top and must exactly match the title of the submitted abstract. The font size should be at least 70 pt.

  3. Author and Organization Details:
    Below the title, include the following information:

    • Full names of the authors;
    • Name of the organization;
    • Country and city where the research was conducted.
      Use a font size of no less than 35 pt for this section.
  4. Poster Content:
    The poster should clearly present the key aspects of the research, including:

    • Objectives and goals;
    • Methods used;
    • Results and conclusions.
      Use a font size of at least 24 pt for the main text.
  5. Layout and Visuals:
    To enhance readability, it is recommended to:

    • Organize the content into logical sections with clear headings;
    • Incorporate images, graphs, and tables where appropriate;
    • Aim for a balance between text and visuals, with each occupying approximately 50% of the poster area.
  6. Additional Recommendations:

    • Ensure the text is legible from a distance of 1.5 meters;
    • Use a light background with dark text for better contrast;
    • Charts and illustrations should be presented in color;
    • The text must be written in the language of the relevant session.
